German Development Cooperation

Programs of German Development Cooperation is implemented by the German Development Bank (KfW)  for financial cooperation and Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) for Technical cooperation. Within the framework of its development cooperation in Kenya, the Federal Republic of Germany aims at bringing youth into employment. This aim is mainly reflected in our work in Sustainable Economic Development (TVET / Enterprise Promotion) and Agriculture – which are the focal areas of the cooperation with Kenya. Moreover, the GDC is involved in the sectors energy, water, health and good governance
