Employment promotion in electric engineering industry

The project aims to decrease the unemployment of young people from Nairobi slums who have limited possibilities to obtain vocational education. The project plans to achieve this goal through building practical skills in air-conditioning and refrigeration engineering. This is a fast growing industry in Nairobi County. The enrolled students will also take part in trainings of career orientation and entrepreneurship, and will receive starter kits so they can immediately open their own businesses.
